Acting as general contractors on your behalf, we will apply for building permits, provide site surveys and engineering reports, and oversee the quality of all work performed so that it meets your specifications.
We will secure the property, provide it with temporary utilities, and manage personnel. Any disposal or recycling of construction waste will be supervised so that the project is carried out in a clean and environmentally friendly manner.
All the various schedules will be monitored closely, so that the project is completed in a timely manner.
Cash flows will be meticulously analyzed and accurate records maintained for you.
(All your expenses, even electricity, can be deducted from any capital gains tax should you resell your property for profit)
All areas of the construction process will be coordinated with attention to detail; and everything will be done in a transparent way and relayed back to you.
